For the health and safety of all pets in our care, please ensure your dog’s DAPP, rabies and Bordetella vaccines are up-to-date and records are submitted before they join us!

Dogs picked up after 12:00 PM will be transferred to daycare and charged for a discounted day of daycare ($30/dog).

Boarding payment is collected upfront
Any additional balances or services added during the stay will be handled at pickup before the pet is released.
Cancellation policies
- Cancel any time up to 48 hours prior to the booking for a full refund.
- For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, payment is forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings.
- A 50% deposit will be required to secure holiday bookings from December 15 to January 3. Cancellations must be made by December 1, 2025, to receive a full refund. Starting December 2, deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Out of food? Not a problem! Our store is always stocked!
Restrictions
- For intact dogs over 10 months in group play, a $5 daily care rate applies to support enhanced playgroup selectivity for safety and comfort. The daily care rate does not apply to intact dogs under 10 months old.
- For everyone’s safety, we cannot accept female dogs in heat at check-in. If a female pup goes into heat during her stay, she will enter our Tailored Play program.
- If group play isn’t a good fit, your dog will enjoy our Tailored Play program, which includes small groups, specific playmates, and/or solo play, at a $23 per session rate.

There were large dogs there, however, they were the lesser of population. All the guests dogs were well behaved and anxious to play with other dogs. What disappointed me was an employee’s dog was bulldozing dogs that were playing and this dog nipped my dog while he was playing. It frightened my timid medium sized dog and he no longer wanted to be there. They did remove the dog for a time being and then the dog was back in the ring a short time later. I am aware that there are dangers of being around other dogs and unknown behaviours. But when its staff, the behaviour is known but yet it is still allowed? We left and did mention the incident to reception.
The store has lots of the usual and unusual things. There are plenty of things for other pets besides dogs."

Petfinity’s indoor dog park is a great alternative to a traditional dog park or even a dog daycare. Pet parents are allowed into the space like any ordinary dog park, but all dogs must be vaccinated and with an account before entering. There’s also staff referees who help make sure all the pups are having a good time.
As a concerned pet parent myself, I really love all of this about the park! I typically avoid regular dog parks because of how uncontrolled it is and I often worry my little girl would get hurt by a bigger dog. I was definitely nervous the first time bringing her in, but the staff made me feel super welcomed and were very reassuring about the whole thing. After minutes, I was put at ease watching her play with the other dogs.

There is also a self-serve dog wash at the front entrance. Highly recommend stopping in - I will definitely be back."
