The minimum age we accept for daycare services is 16 weeks old.
Vaccines
For the health and safety of all pets in our care, please ensure your dog’s DAPP, rabies and Bordetella vaccines are up-to-date and records are submitted before they join us!
Restrictions
- For intact dogs over 10 months in group play, a $5 daily care rate applies to support enhanced playgroup selectivity for safety and comfort. The daily care rate does not apply to intact dogs under 10 months old.
- For everyone’s safety, we cannot accept female dogs in heat at check-in. If a female pup goes into heat during her stay, she will enter our Tailored Play program.
- If group play isn’t a good fit, your dog will enjoy our Tailored Play program, which includes small groups, specific playmates, and/or solo play, at a $23 per session rate.

I highly recommend daycare at Petfinity! I use to take my dog to a different one in the city and there was too many red flags. When Miya didn't seem excited at drop off, and always coming home smelling of dog urine, I knew it was time to move.
I recently switched to Petfinity daycare. It's is a bit more costly than other city daycare but is worth the cost! They have a large outside yard, play pools on hot days, and even a trampoline for the dogs. Miya is jumping with excitement when we pull up, and it is clear she has developed a trusting relationship with some of the staff. She doesn't leave smelling like urine, and I like they have daily report cards and pictures on the app.
The only "con" I have is sometimes you have to wait a bit (upwards to 10 minutes) for someone to pick up/ drop off your dog from the back. This isn't a deal breaker, and all the pros outweigh this one con. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far so good, I have not tried their boarding facility or anything more than playing in the dog off leash area. But the staff are amazing and friendly and you can tell they love dogs. I wish they had a location in the North. Cause it takes me 40 minutes to drive there. But it's worth it for my pups getting to socialize and play. We went there twice, and they both had a blast. I am very interested in the daycare for 8 hours. I might do that. I really hope they succeed cause I will keep going there. Love they have people to watch the play area (like a life guard) they also give suggestions, which is helpful. Have not encountered any aggressive dogs there so which is awesome as well. I dropped my pup here for a 2.5 days stay, so she used the boarding and daycare facilities and I have been quite impressed at the professionalism and kindness of the staff I’ve been dealing with.
The report cards are a nice touch as I was a bit nervous to leave my dog at a new place and it feels good to see our pet having fun with other puppy friends.
Prices didn’t seem too excessive, at least compared to the other facility I used for boarding in the past.
Came here just by happenstance, and I will absolutely prioritize going to Petfinity in the future when my dog needs boarding.

We’ve been coming here since their opening weekend and wouldn’t keep coming if it wasn’t a great experience for our dog. We’ve done swimming, daycare, the indoor park, came for a birthday party, and gone shopping (not at all the same time!) and have always had a great experience. Facility is clean (including the human bathrooms) and we’ve never had an issue with our dog coming back feeling unwell or injured.
We used to have to bribe our dog to go to a previous daycare but not here! As soon as I hand the leash over, she can’t wait to get back there with the staff and to meet all of her friends! We also love the report card and that she comes back to us exhausted and happy.
Daycare and park staff are competent and seem to truly enjoy being with the animals and keeping them engaged. Front desk staff always greet us with a smile. Store staff are friendly and take time to help customers find the right thing for their animal.

Upon walking thru the doors you are greeted by wonderful staff members. You can't help but notice how clean, airy & spacious this brand new facility is. The park itself is a great size, with cool obstacles & perches for your dog to play on. Additionally there is a walking track, smaller fenced in turf area & treadmills for you to take advantage of.
Expanding to the amenity list - there is the option to book the pool, a self serve dog wash, a pet store, daycare, grooming, etc.
We have been back to Petfinity multiple times already & plan to keep utilizing this facility given Calgary's unpredictable weather, and also just to change things up for our dog!

I've been going to Petfinity for ~9 months now with my dog Sawyer, we make use of the indoor dog park at least twice a week(more in winter). Sawyer has been to Daycare and Boarding and always comes home happy and tired.
Sawyer was not a fan of being in water past her elbows, over the winter we did some swimming lessons, and Sawyer went from needing to be carried into the water at her first session to confidently chasing toys into the pool without a life jacket 6 sessions later! She now loves to go swimming in the river.
The staff have all been incredible from, swimming trainers, rufferees, physio, pet store and reception. Whenever Sawyer is there I know she is well cared for!

"Front end staff were very helpful and efficient. The park and walking track is relatively small. Good for small or medium sized dogs. There were large dogs there, however, they were the lesser of population. All the guests dogs were well behaved and anxious to play with other dogs. What disappointed me was an employee’s dog was bulldozing dogs that were playing and this dog nipped my dog while he was playing. It frightened my timid medium sized dog and he no longer wanted to be there. They did remove the dog for a time being and then the dog was back in the ring a short time later. I am aware that there are dangers of being around other dogs and unknown behaviours. But when its staff, the behaviour is known but yet it is still allowed? We left and did mention the incident to reception.
The store has lots of the usual and unusual things. There are plenty of things for other pets besides dogs."

Petfinity’s indoor dog park is a great alternative to a traditional dog park or even a dog daycare. Pet parents are allowed into the space like any ordinary dog park, but all dogs must be vaccinated and with an account before entering. There’s also staff referees who help make sure all the pups are having a good time.
As a concerned pet parent myself, I really love all of this about the park! I typically avoid regular dog parks because of how uncontrolled it is and I often worry my little girl would get hurt by a bigger dog. I was definitely nervous the first time bringing her in, but the staff made me feel super welcomed and were very reassuring about the whole thing. After minutes, I was put at ease watching her play with the other dogs.

The design is thoughtfully laid out and creates a space you want to go as there are even treadmills that you can use while your dog plays. There is even a place to grab a snack and relax if you are coming straight from work. The boarding side of the facility is unlike anything I've ever seen ... Think Fantasy Land Hotel at WEM except for pets! Themed rooms with tons of space and the ability to board cats and dogs together should you need to keep your pets together. "Petfinity is the future! What an incredible facility. A massive indoor space for dogs to run and play, rehab space, pool, and water supported treadmill for rehabbing injured animals. The design is thoughtfully laid out and creates a space you want to go as there are even treadmills that you can use while your dog plays. There is even a place to grab a snack and relax if you are coming straight from work. The boarding side of the facility is unlike anything I've ever seen ... Think Fantasy Land Hotel at WEM except for pets! Themed rooms with tons of space and the ability to board cats and dogs together should you need to keep your pets together. The retail side is incredibly well stocked, clean, and has anything you could ever need for your pets.
