Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within the 24-hour period prior to the appointment taking place will be billed at full price. Please contact in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Pre-Payment of Services

Daycare and Boarding bookings must be paid in full prior to attendance.

  • Drop off times are between 7:00AM-10:00AM and pick up times are between 4:00PM-6:30PM.
  • Drop-off and pick-ups are unavailable between the hours of 10:00AM to 4:00PM.
  • Drop off and pick up times between 10:00AM to 4:00PM can be specially requested by notifying Petfinity during the drop-off of the Pet(s), or in lieu of advance written notice.
  • Pets must be picked up prior to 6:30PM. Owners that fail to pick up their Pet(s) prior to 6:30PM will be charged a $12.00 late fee for each Pet and will be charged every 15 minutes after 6:30PM up to a maximum of $24.00 per Pet.
  • Pets that are not picked up by 7:00PM will be transferred to Petfinity’s overnight boarding operation at the Owner’s expense.
  • Daycare participants are registered on a first come, first served basis. To secure daycare availability, bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking confirmation. Petfinity cannot complete a reservation without payment in full. If full payment is not received, Petfinity reserves the right to consider my reservation cancelled.
  • Booking requests will be accepted once the Pet’s profile is complete with uploaded vaccination records.
  • All pets admitted to daycare must pass a compatibility evaluation to continue participation in the Program.
  • Drop off times:
    • Monday to Sunday: 8:00AM to 4:00PM
  • Pick up times:
    • Monday to Saturday: 9:00AM to 8:30PM
    • Sunday: 10:00AM to 5:30PM
  • Booking requests will be accepted once the Pet’s profile is complete with uploaded vaccination records.
  • All pets admitted to daycare must pass a compatibility evaluation to continue participation in the Program.
  • Pets must be picked up prior to 8:30PM on the day of the scheduled pickup.
  • Any pet not picked up by 8:30PM will be admitted to the first available boarding suite, regardless of suite type, at the Owner’s expense. If Petfinity’s boarding is at capacity, the Pet(s) will be transferred to a local boarding facility at the Owner’s expense.
  • Boarding participants are registered on a first come, first served basis. To secure daycare availability, bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking confirmation. Petfinity cannot complete a reservation without payment in full. If full payment is not received, Petfinity reserves the right to consider my reservation cancelled.
  • Petfinity and their staff will not be held responsible for:
    • Clipper burn and/or minor nicks, or for skin irritation caused by removing coat from Pets or from skin allergies to any products used.
    • Any stressful effects grooming may have on senior Pet(s).
    • Pre-existing medical conditions or the aggravation of those conditions; such as but not limited to, heart disease, arthritis, obesity, infections, or any other medical problem that may be affected by the grooming process.
  • Petfinity reserves the right to charge fees for additional grooming time needed on large, difficult or matted Pets. We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers and Pets who pose a threat to our employees and other Pets in our care, for any reason.
  • Should the Owner’s Pet(s) expose the premises to parasites, insects or vermin, the groom will stop, the Pet(s) will be isolated and the Owner called for immediate pick up for veterinary treatment. There will be an additional $100.00 charge to cover the expense for fumigation of the premises. It is necessary to fumigate to prevent contamination of other Pets in our care.

Defecation Policy:

There is a $50.00 fee if your Pet defecates in the pool. In the event that the defecation contaminates the water and requires the pool to be drained and cleaned, a $500.00 fee will be charged

  • Human Capacities:
    • Half Room: 30
    • Full Room: 60
    • Small Dog Park: 20
  • Room must be left clean and free of garbage and pet waste. Garbage bagged and ready for disposal.
  • If booked for training, trainers must be Fear Free & CPDT-KA Certified.
  • Outside food/drink is welcome, but no alcohol.
  • All Pet guests must be registered. Please register in advance for convenience.
  • All bookings include use of our indoor park during rental period.
