A Few Things You Should Know
Board & Train is available 7 days a week
Vaccines
For the health and safety of all pets in our care, please ensure your dog’s DAPP, rabies and Bordetella vaccines are up-to-date and records are submitted before they join us!
Drop-off hours
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Weekends & Holidays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Pick-up hours
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Weekends & Holidays: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM.*
Discharge appointment
A complimentary Go-Home Coaching Session with your trainer is included and can be scheduled within 7 days of your dog’s go-home date. During this session, we’ll review your dog’s training, demonstrate their new skills, and provide guidance for continued practice at home.
While not required, this appointment is strongly recommended to help support long-term success.
Save your spot
Paying a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, if it isn’t received, we’re unable to hold the booking.
Cancellation policies
- Cancel any time up to 48 hours prior to the booking for a full refund.
- For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, payment is forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings.
Restrictions
- For everyone’s safety, we cannot accept female dogs in heat at check-in. If a female pup goes into heat during her stay, she will enter our Tailored Play program.***

**While many dogs make excellent progress, results are not guaranteed and continued practice at home is strongly encouraged for best results.
